Cheese Soda Bread

self-rising flour500 g

1Mix the self-rising flour with the Greek yoghurt and salt and knead for 2 min.self-rising flour: 500 g, Greek yoghurt: 460 g, salt

2Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll into balls. Let this rest for 10 min under a tea towel.

3Gently flatten them and roll the edges in and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

4Cut the onions into fine half rings and finely chop the chives . Spread the crème fraîche over the bread and top generously with the onions.onions: 2, chives: 1 bunch, crème fraîche: 200 g

5Mix the chives with the grated cheese and spread over the bread. Bake them for 18 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 180 degrees.grated cheese: 300 g
